Conventional Powder Coatings Epoxy-Polyester Hybrid Powder Coating The 1PC-029 Series, H-Series, are Epoxy-Polyester Hybrid powder coating products. The formula type can be designed to be a smooth or a textured finish for electrostatic application on clean pretreated metal substrates. These formulas are designed with good electrostatic properties and will give good surface flow over a wide range of film thickness. Hybrid systems tend to have excellent flexibility and toughness and are designed to have very good application properties. They will be degraded by exposure to direct sunlight and are recommended for interior use. Polyester Powder Coating The 1PC-044-Series is an exterior grade Polyurethane Polyester Powder Coating product for metal substrates. This series is formulated for flat to full gloss in an exterior durable coating for general industrial metal finishing. Decorative textured finishes are also available.
